A big Shabbat for small communities across UK

THE JEWISH Small Communities Network’s first nationwide event saw some 2,000 people take part in its ONE Shabbat.

JSCN director Ed Horwich said that hundreds of ONE Shabbat packs were sent out to participants and as well as shul events, there were online Kabbalat Shabbat and Havdalah services. In a video message, Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis applauded the “marvellous work” of the JSCN. “It is tremendous for me to hear about the activity that is taking place in communities.”
