Man who leapt from upstairs window was in breach of a restraining order

-

A MAN man has been jailed for breaching a restraining order after police saw him jumping out of an upstairs window.

Connor Dulson was given a 10-month sentence in January 2020 as well as a restraining order banning him from contacting an underage girl he had been seeing.

However, the 22-year-old had breached the restraining order in August 2020 and April 2021 following the conviction and was hauled back in front of a judge on Frdiay after breaching the order again. Durham Crown Court heard that police went to an address in Crook, County Durham on April 7 this year, where Dulson was seen “jumping out of an upstairs window and then running away”.

Judge James Adkin said it was a “slightly unusual case”, with the woman involved having since turned 18.

Dulson, of Mowbray Road, Sunderland, was jailed for eight weeks for breaching the restraining order.
