12 years of Tory failings

IF the Conservative party had stuck to the promises it has made since 2010, we would now have:

Tens of thousands of better insulated older homes (and therefore much lower energy bills),

New homes would be built to much higher standards (lower energy bills),

And thousands of entrepreneurs (who paid for their training to deliver the various abandoned schemes) would still be employed doing what we know is to the benefit of people, planet and economy.
