Musk’s Coke ‘joke’ falls flat

Elon Musk (pictured) has joked he wants to buy drinks giant Coca-Cola to “put the cocaine back in”.

Fresh from his hostile takeover of Twitter, the world’s richest man shared a series of messages with social media site users.

”Next, I’m buying CocaCola to put the cocaine back in,” the SpaceX founder said in a latenight tweet, thought to be a reference to a popular rumour regarding its original ingredients, a coca leaf from which cocaine can be extracted. The drinks brand has maintained its drink has never contained a narcotic substance.

What’s Musk going to purchase after that? Rapid drug delivery service – Insta-gramme?
