THROUGH A LENS
A new exhibition by celebrated landscape photographer, Joe Cornish, is now on display at Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal in North Yorkshire. Featuring photographs captured over the last three years and during the silence of the coronavirus lockdown, ‘Still Time to Wonder’ explores the quiet and sometimes unruly beauty of the abbey ruins and water garden.
Joe’s photographs can be enjoyed at different locations around the site and take visitors on a journey through four seasons, celebrating the abbey, water garden and natural world.
Fountains Abbey general manager Justin Scully said: “Joe’s work showcases the beauty of this landscape, and the special place it holds not only in the history of Yorkshire and our country, but as a treasure for the wider world.”
