Apple staff lose home advantage

-

Seems like some employees at Apple believe the company is rotten to the core since the pandemic.

This week, Ian Goodfellow, the tech firm's machine learning division director, quit his job in protest that staff are being asked to return to the office three days a week.

Last month, the company began mandating one day a week at their desks. Earlier this month, it became two and from May 23, all staff have to be in the office three days a week.

It's caused a staff backlash, 67% said they were dissatisfied with the policy.

A company requiring employees to come in and work? God forbid.

I wonder if Goodfellow will get a response when he asks his iPhone: “Hey Siri, where can I find a workfrom-home job that pays £250,000?”
