Property firm marks anniversary

-

RURAL property and business consultancy YoungsRPS is set to grow after marking the fifth anniversary of its Hexham Mart base.

The Hexham Mart rural office was launched ahead of the pandemic to provide tailored services to support farmers and rural businesses, and was the second office to be opened in the Northumberland market town.

Charles Raine, director of the Hexham Mart office, said the anniversary stands as a testament to YoungsRPS’s commitment to the rural community, having played a vital role in facilitating transactions and consultations for those attending the livestock sales, also fostering stronger relationships within the agricultural community.

The launch of the base came during significant changes in agricultural policy.

Since then, Mr Raine said the Hexham Mart rural office has become a cornerstone of the local agricultural community, offering a range of services including property sales and lettings, valuations, grant and funding advice, and rural business consultancy.

Demand for its services is also set to trigger expansion of the team.

Mr Raine said: “The opening of our Hexham Mart rural office five years ago marked an important moment for YoungsRPS and the communities we serve.

“It has allowed us to be more accessible to our clients, providing them with the expert advice and support they need to navigate the complexities of the rural property market. Although the rural industry has experienced some monumental changes in the five years that we have operated out of our Hexham Mart hub, we stay true to our pledge to address the ever-changing rural needs and issues our clients face.”
