In Pembrokeshire you can stay in a converted byre ‘with sea views from some rooms and just steps away from the coast path’. ‘Bracing walks’ are available along the dramatic cliffs or across the fields to freshwater lakes that are home to otters… then round off the day relaxing in front of the wood-burning stove.
