Why should I take... Butcher’s broom

-

Butcher’s broom is a member of the lily family and similar to asparagus. The roots and young stems are used in supplements – ancient physicians used them as a diuretic in the treatment of urinary problems. However, new research shows that butcher’s broom may help reduce the severity of varicose veins. Taking it alone or in combination with Vitamin C and another supplement, hesperidin, extracted from citrus fruits, relieves the symptoms of poor circulation in the legs, such as cramps.
