Ford: We are learning fast

GEORGE FORD believes England’s triumphant autumn campaign has brought their exciting young squad closer together, writes Glen Williams.

‘There’s been lots of good things we’ve learnt and can still get better at,’ Ford, a cocaptain with Chris Robshaw yesterday, said. ‘But we have grown as a team in terms of the time we’ve spent together, the time we’ve had on the training field, the way we’ve prepared and, in the games, there’s been some very, very good bits.

‘We’re happy with the wins but know we need to be better.’
