THE secrets of Victoria Beckham’s slim figure usually stay very hush-hush – but today I can reveal one of her tricks: it turns out Posh, 44, right, gets her famous friends to bring her zero-calorie water flavouring. Last week she thanked Elton John’s husband David Furnish on Instagram, below, for bringing over from the US eight bottles of caramel and chocolate sugarfree water flavouring in his hand luggage. Her SweetLeaf Sweet Drops are made with liquid stevia, a sugar substitute, and promise to be ‘the ultimate companion for sweetening and flavouring needs’. Mealtimes with the Beckhams can’t be much fun right now as husband David is also dieting – on a detox regime that bans sugar, caffeine, alcohol, eggs, dairy and some veg. The idea is to ‘give the digestive system a break’.

I’d think twice about getting a lift, especially in the US, from Kelly Osbourne who I met at the Maison St Germain X Henry Holland party.
