Bosses both get sent off

SOUTHEND manager Chris Powell hit out at Plymouth Argyle boss Derek Adams after both were sent to the stands at Home Park during the League One clash which ended 1-1. The managers were dismissed following a scuffle, the Southend boss revealing, ‘Why I reacted was what he said to one of my players, I’m not having that.’ Powell apologised to his players at halftime and added: ‘I will always back my players 100 per cent.’
