A day in the life: ‘Boxing training a couple of time a week to start the day. I might wander down and see the horses and then I’m either in work at 7am or I work from home and come into the office around 10am.
‘After that it’s a series of meetings. I’m in London a couple of days a week. I don’t get much time for lunch, usually a snack at my desk, and then I’m typically home for 6.30pm and catch up on more emails.’
