Roberto is firm favourite

ROBERTO Firmino hasn’t scored a Premier League goal at Anfield this season but I’m sure he remains one of the first names on Jurgen Klopp’s teamsheet because he gives so much.

Firmino’s running, pressing and movement are huge attributes and his performances over months and years have earned him the right to stay in the side even if there is a dip in his scoring form. He’s the type of player who is only really appreciated when he’s not there.

I’m sure Mo Salah and Sadio Mane would acknowledge how he’s helped them on the pitch.

The Brazilian scored with a late header at Watford last weekend and will hope that is the start of a run.
