OPINIONS are split over Steve Mounie’s red card but it’s an absolutely brilliant spot by Michael Oliver. He makes no attempt to play the ball and catches Yves Bissouma with his studs on the shin. Is it excessive and does it endanger a player’s safety? The answer is a definite yes.
