CORRECTIONS & CLARIFICATIONS

Last Sunday we said that Meadow Lodge, a healthcare unit that takes care of autistic children, is operated by Huntercombe, a group which is owned by a private equity firm run by Guy Hands. We have been asked to make clear that Mr Hands has no operational control. Control of Huntercombe’s parent company is in the hands of bond holders.
Last week, Financial Mail on Sunday reported that Nicola Horlick owns less than 2 per cent of Money & Co, the crowdfunding company she founded in 2013. We are happy to clarify that, in total, Ms Horlick and her family own about 20 per cent of the company through a number of investment vehicles.
