Sorry Lee, that’s wrong!

REFEREE Lee Mason awards a penalty for a foul by Joe Bennett on Florent Hadergjonaj. He’s clearly holding him and Lee is absolutely right to point to the spot. Lee is obviously alerted to something by his assistant Stuart Burt and following a consultation (above) comes to the conclusion that it wasn’t a penalty. Clearly I’ve not heard what they talked about but on the face of it, it looks like an incorrect decision.
