SUBSTITUTE Jason Cummings snatched a late equaliser for 10-man Luton as they salvaged a draw and set a club record 28 league games unbeaten. James Collins (above) gave them the lead – but was later sent off – and Nya Kirby and Matty Virtue had Blackpool in front before Cummings struck. Luton boss Mick Harford said: ‘We had numerous opportunit­ies, shots were getting blocked, here, there and everywhere.’

ROCHDALE 1 SUNDERLAND 2

GEORGE HONEYMAN kept Sunderland in the hunt for automatic promotion as he fired a late winner. They had to come from behind as Charlie Wyke cancelled out Ian Henderson’s opener fort Rochdale.

WYCOMBE 2 PORTSMOUTH 3

BRETT PITMAN’S double helped take Portsmouth within two points of the promotion places. Jamal Lowe was also on target, with Marcus Bean and Scott Kashket replying.

WIMBLEDON 1 ACCRINGTON 1

ACCRINGTON ended a run of three defeats but missed the chance of three points when Billy Kee put a penalty wide. Joe Pigott’s 14th goal of the season put Wimbledon ahead before Jordan Clark equalised.

WALSALL 1 OXFORD 3

WALSALL sacked Dean Keates after this defeat. Oxford’s Marcus Browne and Ahmed Kashi saw red, but goals from Rob Dickie, Luke Garbutt and Jerome Sinclair won the game.

BRADFORD 0 DONCASTER 1

BOTTOM club Bradford’s survival hopes suffered another blow as they suffered a fifth straight defeat, Mallik Wilks scoring the only goal. But boss Gary Bowyer insisted: ‘I am not giving upon these last five games.’

SHREWSBURY 1 SCUNTHPE 1

A LATE own-goal saved a point for Shrewsbury. Kyle Wootton put Scunthorpe ahead before Adam Hammill turned into his own net. Caretaker boss Andy Dawson called it ‘disappoint­ing’.

BURTON 3 BARNSLEY 1

BURTON made it three wins in a row as they put a big dent in Barnsley’s promotion push. Jamie Allen, Liam Boyce and Marcus Harness got their goals with Cauley Woodrow replying from the penalty spot.

PLYMOUTH 0 CHARLTON 2

CHARLTON boss Lee Bowyer is planning a grandstand finish, and said: ‘I honestly believe we have got a chance of winning all six.’ Lyle Taylor and Igor Vetokele got the goals.

FLEETWOOD 2 SOUTHEND 2

SOUTHEND claimed a point on the road in Kevin Bond’s first game in charge. Harry Bunn and Luke Hyam twice put them ahead, but Ched Evans equalised twice for Fleetwood, the second from the spot with six minutes left.
