HANGOVER SMOOTHIE

When one reaches a certain age, one glass too many can wreak havoc on the body the following morning.

This home-made smoothie is both hydrating and brimming with Vitamin C, potassium and magnesium – all of them known to be headache-relievers.

A refreshing, citrus zing will help to freshen you up when you’re feeling fragile. INGREDIENT­S 1 banana 250ml coconut water 2 limes, juiced

DIRECTIONS

1 Chop banana into chunks and add to a food processor. 2 Add coconut water. 3 Blend for a minute, add lime juice and blend again into smoothie consistenc­y.
