CARDIFF manager Neil Warnock was delighted to beat Luton to the signature of Isaac Vassell after he came off the bench to score a lastgasp winner.

Aden Flint had put them ahead only for Matty Pearson to equalise, but new signing Vassell clinched it.

Warnock said: ‘There are that many twists and turns in the window, you have to take advantage if you can.

‘It’s not just a goalscorer’s goal, he ran 50 yards to close someone down and it just spread to the crowd and the other players.

‘I watched him on a cold windy night at Truro when I was out of work and he did everything right that night. I just feel there is something in him.’
