MONDAY: Every morning starts with an update from our Covid-19 steering group on our food, pharmacy, funerals and insurance arms.

TUESDAY:

I’m on the line with Defra to provide feedback on supply and demand in stores.

WEDNESDAY:

We hold a four-hour Co-op board meeting on a video call, the first since PM’s order on Monday to self-isolate.

THURSDAY:

I spend the morning at our call centre as we gear up to test out our local delivery service, right.

FRIDAY:

More digital meetings – this time from home.
