No bubble for virus-hit side

WASPS will not move into a bio-secure hotel to prepare for next week’s Premiership final, despite cancelling training last week after four players and three coaches returned positive tests for Covid-19. Head coach Lee Blackett said: ‘The safety of our players is number one but there are no plans at the moment to go into a hotel bubble. We’ve tried to isolate ourselves and next week we’ll go in with a smaller group that we need to give us the right preparation.’
