Return of the series in which the superrich hedge-fund moguls of Manhattan do battle with each other and the law. You’d think that Bobby Axelrod (Damian Lewis, far right) might finally be happy. After all, he’s now a ‘decabillionaire’, worth ten billion dollars or more.

In typically idiosyncratic style, he celebrates with a trip into the wilderness, complete with a vomit-inducing encounter with the hallucinogenic drug ayahuasca. But ‘Axe’ is not only still dissatisfied, he also faces a renewed attack from the dogged Chuck Rhoades (Paul Giamatti), who is now delving deep into his extensive clandestine cryptocurrency activities.

Plus there’s a new star billionaire in town, Mike Prince (Corey Stoll, right), who seems to be proof that nice guys can finish first – at least if his public image is to be believed...
