Sparkling Joan nails the lockdown look

WELL, if there is an award for lockdown look of the year, somebody please mail it safely to Dame Joan Collins.

The 87-year-old screen legend looked fantastic with this decadent, diamante and black velvet face mask, which she delicately cl utched t hrough l eather gloves as she switched on the Burlington Arcade lights in London’s Mayfair last night.

One can only assume there is a plastic layer underneath. Not, you understand, to keep the coronavirus at bay – but surely t o keep her wickedly sharp tongue from damaging the immaculate facade.
