RYAN LOFT and Alfie Beestin scored the goals as Neil Cox’s Scunthorpe moved away from the bottom of League Two. Goalkeeper Mark Howard also saved a penalty from Orient striker Danny Johnson.

WALSALL boss Darrell Clarke said his game plan had ‘worked well’. Elijah Adebayo, Dan Scarr and Wes McDonald scored the visitors’ goals, with Liam Feeney replying for Tranmere.
