IT looked like the miss of the season from Timo Werner but the German’s blushes were spared (slightly) by quality keeping from Leeds No1 Illan Meslier. It didn’t look possible that Werner could hit the bar from a yard out though replays revealed that 20year-old Meslier just got a touch to the shot, one of seven saves he made on a busy night.
