Chef vs Corner Shop

Monday- Friday, Channel 4, 5.30pm Former Holby City star Chizzy Akudolu (left) hosts this new culinary competition that has a whiff of Ready, Steady, Cook about it. Each edition pitches Lorraine’s resident foodie Dean Edwards against a fellow professional chef. Both have only £10 to spend on ingredients from a corner shop on Edwards’ patch in Somerset, using them to whip up a two-course meal. ★★★☆☆
