Injured Jota could be out for two months
JURGEN KLOPP’S injury problems at Liverpool have worsened with fears that Diogo Jota could be out for two months. The in-form Portuguese forward picked up a knee injury in Wednesday’s Champions League draw in Denmark against FC Midtylland and reports in Portugal last night suggested the prognosis is worse than expected. It will be a major blow if the 24year-old is ruled out of the busy Christmas period. The £45 million autumn buy from Wolves had made a fantastic start to his Anfield career with nine goals. Liverpool are already without Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez, both out long term because of knee injuries.
