Kim Kardashian donned an eye-catching designer corset for her family Christmas gathering – but its vivid green colour and painted-on washboard stomach immediately drew jibes about her resembling a certain comic-book icon.
‘Why is no one talking about the fact Kim Kardashian skinned the Hulk alive and wore his abs to Christmas dinner?’ asked one Twitter user.
Others of her 196 million Instagram followers said the warrior princess ensemble from designer Schiaparelli made her look like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, or they suggested her giant earrings resembled aubergines.
Despite the barbs, 40-year-old Kim said her jaw-dropping outfit had made her ‘feel festive’.
The reality st ar had planned a lavish Christmas Eve party but had to cancel it in favour of a quiet Christmas with relatives.
She added: ‘It was perfect to dress up and celebrate with just the family this year. I hope everyone had a healthy and happy holiday.’
