ITV, 9pm Christopher Dean and Jayne Torvill (above) may be Olympic gold medallists, but there’s one ambition they still want to fulfil – skating on natural ice. So they’re leaving the indoor rinks and heading to Alaska, where they discover that the effects of climate change and the hottest year on record mean that a suitable frozen lake may be hard to find.
