This was my top job of 2020...
MY favourite job of 2020? Easy, really. Right at the start of the year, when the idea of the pandemic was still just a bad movie, I saw England win a Test match against South Africa at Newlands in Cape Town, one of the most beautiful sports venues anywhere in the world.
And after the game, I walked a few laps of the outfield with Stuart Broad, one of the greatest cricketers of all time, talking about his career and the ambitions he still harbours. Now, more than ever, it feels as if everything about that job was a precious privilege.
