Harry does a Coleen... to trap love secrets spy

-

FOR someone whose love life has been splashed all over the newspapers for years, you’d think Harry Styles would have given up trying to keep his latest romance a secret.

But he was so furious that his relationship with actress Olivia Wilde was revealed last week he has turned detective to find the leaker.

I hear Harry, who has been hiding out with his new love at friend James Corden’s Palm Springs mansion, is taking a leaf out of Coleen ‘Wagatha Christie’ Rooney’s book and trying to flush out the person who spilled the beans. Sources close to Harry, 26, say he hit the roof when pictures emerged of him and Olivia arriving at his own house in LA last Monday and the next day holding hands at the former One Direction star’s manager Jeff Azoff ’s wedding in Montecito, California.

And in the same way that Coleen, wife of footballer Wayne, tried to hunt down the source of leaks about her, Harry and Olivia are planting fake stories with those around them to see if they are reported elsewhere – hoping to identify the culprit.

The source told me: ‘There have been a few situations lately with Harry’s life ending up being made public, so he and his team want to find out what’s going on.

‘He is putting on his detective hat and is investigating this, and they won’t stop until they find out where the information is leaking from.’

Olivia, who at 36 is a decade older than Harry, is the latest in a long line of older lovers . They include the late Love Island host Caroline Flack, Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger, 42, and radio DJ Lucy Horobin, 41.

Harry and Olivia – who has two children with her previous partner, Horrible Bosses star Jason Sudeikis, 45 – are said to have hit it off after she signed him up to star in her latest production, the thriller Don’t Worry Darling.

A spokesman for Harry declined to comment.
