Florence bags a lead role

SHE’S been tipped to play Madonna in a forthcoming biopic, so maybe it was a case of ‘Puppy Don’t Preach’ when Florence Pugh took her pet dog Billie for a run last week.

The Oxford-born Oscar-winner was very much in vogue as she donned a not-so-subtle multi-coloured hoodie to exercise with her beaglebull in Los Angeles, just after celebrating her 25th birthday.

Rumours have been swirling around

Hollywood that the Little Women star, also pictured, inset, in more glamorous garb, has secretly married boyfriend Zach Braff, star of the sitcom Scrubs, who is 21 years her senior.

But just as Florence was getting into her stride, Billie decided it was time to answer the call of nature – and the actress was obliged to take a break to scoop up the result in a plastic bag.

Now then, no jokes about Florence Poo, please…
