Radio 3 In Concert

Peter Phillips (right) ) conducts the BBC Singers in a concert of Spanish and South American Renaissance polyphony, including g the world premiere of an anonymous litany that was recently discovered in Puebla’s cathedral library in Mexico.

Late Junction (Radio 3, 11pm) features a session from duo Divide And Dissolve, as well as a piece from avant-garde vocalist Maggie Nichols’ debut album.

There’s a Norwegian flavour to the Afternoon Concert (Radio 3, 2pm), which includes performances of Ravel’s La Valse from Bergen and Sibelius’s Sixth Symphony from Oslo.
