Will this be final chance for Jesse?

-

MANCHESTER UNITED will decide on Jesse Lingard’s future after their FA Cup tie with Liverpool today.

Lingard is wanted on loan by Newcastle United, West Brom and Sheffield United but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will take stock once he knows his side’s FA Cup fate. The 28-year-old midfielder remains part of United’s squad and could be utilised in case of a heavy fixture list.

Newcastle boss Steve Bruce would like to bring in Lingard and Leicester City’s Hamza Choudhury, though he faces competition for both from Sam Allardyce. However, West Brom only have one domestic loan space available.

Facundo Pellistri could leave United on loan this week, with the Uruguayan preferring a move to Spain. Celta Vigo, Real Sociedad, Almeria and Real Betis have all shown interest. United are also looking to loan out Dylan Levitt, Ethan Galbraith and Nathan Bishop.
