Britain’s Lost Masterpieces
BBC4, 9pm Bendor Grosvenor and Emma Dabiri (above) begin a new run in Brighton, where Grosvenor thinks he’s unearthed two gems at the local museum. The first is a painting of Mary Magdalene that could be by baroque artist Francesco Trevisani, while the second is of one of the Three Wise Men, possibly by Belgian master Joos van Cleve. The investigation takes them to Rome and Edinburgh.
