FAMILY: Caudwell and his partner Modesta Vzesniauskaite, 37, are expecting their first baby in the spring. Caudwell has three children by ex-wife Kathryn McFarlane: Rebekah, Libby and Rufus; daughter Scarlett by violinist Jane Burgess; and son Jacobi by former beauty queen Claire Johnson. Modesta has an eight-year-old son, Leonardo, from her first marriage. LIVES: Jacobean mansion in Staffordshire and a 15-bedroom home in Mayfair, which he renovated over three years. It now has a Thai-style dining room with a stream filled with African cichlid fish running through the floor. HOBBIES: Skiing, motor racing and cycling.
