WIMBLEDON boss Glyn Hodges apologised to fans following his side’s defeat to MK Dons. ‘We know what this one means to them,’ said Hodges. Two quick-fire goals from Qatt O’Riley and Matty Sorinola in the second half were enough to put the game beyond the hosts.

OXFORD equalled a club record with an eighth straight victory as they beat 10-man Fleetwood. Josh Ruffels headed the winner while Charlie Mulgrew was sent off for the visitors. Fleetwood interim manager Simon Wiles said: ‘I thought we were brave.’
