sorry to learn that Education Secretary Gavin Williamson is mourning his pet tarantula Cronus. Williamson kept the spider on his desk to intimidate MPs during his stint as Chief Whip. His spokesman could not confirm the news – so let’s hope Cronus is hibernating.
