PM should be bulldog not lapdog

What a brilliant article by Lord Sumption last week.

There was a time when British people demonstrated the bulldog spirit in the face of adversity. Now, the Covid ‘Project Fear’ has turned us into quivering lapdogs.

The Prime Minister needs to have the courage to ignore the doom merchants of Sage, and allow us to make our own decisions.
