Steven Cooklin, head of Manolete Partners, took the unusual step of selling a million shares at £1.80 each in the litigation financer just days after its value fell by 30 per cent after a major profit warning. Most were bought by Mithaq Capital, which is investing in another litigation funder, Burford Capital.
