SAM Palmer, right, fiance of Petra Ecclestone, thinks he’s pretty funny. I think he’s pretty obnoxious. He’s had a pop at a woman called Sharon who asked a perfectly reasonable question: who pays for all the lavish holidays he’s permanently on?
