nation’s favourite funnyman, Michael McIntyre, could find his perfect reputation inadverten­tly tarnished as a row is brewing over the furloughin­g of some staff at the production company behind his BBC1 hit show – as listed on the Government’s website. Squeakycle­an national treasure Holly Willoughby could also be affected because the company, Hungry Bear Media, is owned by husband Dan Baldwin. Latest accounts show the firm has £3 million of assets. It is behind some top TV comedy shows, including All Round To Mrs Brown’s and Judge Romesh – as well as Michael McIntyre’s Big Show.
