Grayson’s Art Club

One of the few silver linings during lockdown is the return of Grayson Perry with the series that first inspired so many of us during the early months of the pandemic last year. Some viewers might have been surprised, but the potter with a penchant for cross-dressing proved to be refreshingly unpretentious as well as indefatigably positive.

As the Turner Prize-winner and his wife Philippa (right with Perry) once again invite the public to submit their art and invite us inside their studios, they’re joined by a brilliant variety of guests for this opening episode – Boy George, David Bailey, Harry Hill and British-Nigerian artist and designer Yinka Ilori.

The theme of the week is family, and expect psychotherapist Philippa Perry to make her own insightful contributions to the subject.
