The superb German series set behind the Iron Curtain during the 1980s reaches its final series. With the Berlin Wall unthinkably about to fall, and the power of the Soviet Bloc swiftly dissipating, there is still much at stake for the spies who have dedicated their lives to communist East Germany – a state that eventually will not even exist.
