Radio 4, 10.45am Toby Jones’s (right) adaptations of five stories by Italian writer Italo Calvino are being broadcast across the week, beginning g with Mushrooms In n The City, in which poverty-stricken ty stricken Marcovaldo faces a fight for some fungi. Jones’s Detectorists co-star Mackenzie Crook takes the title role.
