Channel 4, 9pm Their makers, Burton’s Biscuits, describe Wagon Wheels as the ‘maverick of the biscuit world with an epic sense of adventure’ and ‘loved by kids and grown-ups alike’. So how will chefs Tristan Welch and Cyrus Todiwala get on when Fred Sirieix asks them to create copies of the mallow texture, crumbly biscuit and a chocolate coating that doesn’t melt in the hand?
