Stella’s a dear friend...

SOUNDS like being a pal of Stella McCartney is only for rich people. She turned 50 last week and celebrated with a wild weekend-long bash for friends and celebrities at Cliveden House in Berkshire. The only problem? Stella, left, didn’t foot the whole bill! My spy says some bleary-eyed guests were surprised to be charged for their rooms when they checked out last Sunday. As a night’s stay is around £1,500, and minimum booking is two nights, that’s one hefty unexpected expense to compound the after-party headache!
