DIRECTORS’ DEALINGS

Pardip Dass, Cake Box’s chief financial officer and cofounder, has sold 375,000 shares in the egg-free baker at £3.45 each. After this transaction and his recent divorce, Dass is left with a 5 per cent stake in the firm, which grew pre-tax profit by 11.8 per cent to £4.2million in the last financial year.
