Baby, it’s cold outside. Beatrice and baby wrap up for a waltz round the Winter Wonderland

- By Mark Hookham

PRINCESS BEATRICE and her young family were spotted enjoying all the fun of the fair yesterday on a visit to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park.

Pushing her ten-week-old daughter Sienna in a trendy £1,000 Fox 3 Bugaboo pram, the 33-year-old appeared relaxed alongside husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

Also with the pair was Edoardo’s son from a previous relationship, five-year-old Christopher Woolf, known as Wolfie.

After browsing the Christmas market and playing fairground games, the family stopped at a German bratwurst stall in the London park’s Bavarian Village.

Sitting on outdoor benches, they tucked into large hotdogs and hot drinks.

Wearing a winter coat with a fur-lined hood paired with a teal scarf and black bobble hat, Beatrice was barely noticed by the other families. Edoardo, 38 – known as Edo – also kept a low profile in green flat cap and casual red-and-white trainers.

‘They didn’t want to be made a fuss of. They were just really normal and nice,’ said one onlooker yesterday.

‘They stopped at a tombola stall and a stall where you throw rings over a hoop and seemed to be enjoying the traditional fairground games.

‘They did not go on any of the scary rides. It looked like they were enjoying having a very low-key day at the park and getting into the festive mood.’

The two-hour visit was a rare public appearance for the pair since the birth of Sienna on September 18 in Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

Last month, they attended the wedding of Princess Diana’s godson Prince Philippos of Greece and Swiss heiress Nina Flohr in Athens.

During the trip, Edo posted a picture on Instagram showing him and Wolfie, whose mother is the American architect and designer Dara Huang, at the Acropolis.
